With a total of 14 deaths between for characters, Scream 4 was one of the hardest to rank due to the number alone. Jill Roberts and Charlie Walker work together to commit murders to remake the original Billy and Stu murders, with Jill’s motive being backed by jealousy towards Sidney. Together, the kill a total of 10 characters, with the intention of framing Trevor for them all.
